the staff demonstrated really good guest care. i happily signed up for membership because the service was so wonderful. cameron at the concierge desk was particularly helpful, and housekeeping ensured my room was immaculate. i received a cheerful greeting upon arrival for room service.
i noticed drops of red on the sheets. i am not sure what it was. i think more lighting should be inside the room. it was dark despite opening the curtains.

The staff were very cute and professional. My room was quite spacious and very clean. The bed offered extreme comfort. I will definitely come back again. I highly recommend it!
I found some towels slightly smelly! the shower tray seemed to fill with standing water. I found this a bit unpleasant.
